Annapurna Circuit Trek was a dream trip that I recently completed with Nepal Intrepid Treks. The trip went outstanding and I couldn’t have been more impressed with their service. From the first day of consultation to the final day of the trip, everything was so smooth, stress free and enjoyable. First of all, I would like to thank them for recommending me – the Annapurna Circuit Trek. I was looking forward to a challenging trek that would cover all the aspects of Nepal, i.e. mountains, hills, valleys, rivers and cultural diversity and the trek had it all. My itinerary stood out to be the best. The trek duration, trekking days, everything was perfect. They really took a time to understand what kind of traveler I was and customized my itinerary accordingly. From airport transfers, hotels, accommodation, food to guidance and other services, everything was beyond my expectation. They were super professional. Every time I called them, they attended me with prompt and helpful responses. They were patient, helpful, cheerful and offered a great travel experience as per my budget, time and interest. Every time, they were ensuring if I am happy with their service or not. They welcomed any kind of feedback and were ready to implement changes as per the feedback.To sum up, my trip was fabulous; full of adventures and heavenly views. I feel short of words to describe the beauty that Nepal possesses. The mountains, hills, villages, people, everything here is authentic. Nepal is a place to visit at least once in a lifetime. Aeris L2024-03-02 Unforgettable hiking trip in Nepal The Nepali tour leader is very considerate and will pay attention to every move of the group members and provide assistance at any time.I had a great time on this trip, and I would like to thank the staff for their assistance and care along the way. Manish Pradhan2024-02-24 Mardi Trip - best value, quality support & guide, worthwhile trip I took a 4 day hike to Mardi Himal while on a family trip to Nepal. I wasn’t sure of the route at first. It turned out to be best decision. The upclose view of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli and Fishtail was unbelievable, & out of this world. We stayed at Badal Danda for couple of nights which provided the 360 view of the mountains on the north and pokhara valley, poonhill area on the south. You could do the hike 2-3 days but if you really want to soak in the views and get mesmerized by it, you might take the full 4-5 days route.Intrepid guide Suman Gurung was a real professional. He really understood the route and had great connections with the locals which made the trek extra special. Suman bhai brought a calm demeanor, encouraging & supportive attitude when I was struggling a bit during few uphill hike. Overall, I really enjoyed the hike and doing it with Suman bhai made this trip a memorable one. I would recommend Intrepid team and this route to any beginner looking to explore what Himalayas has to offer. 悦 高2023-12-17 Extremely Amazing EBC Trekking Experience great experience Everest base camp trekking with this company, our guide Bheg and Shiva, also porter. We had a great time enjoyed the experience with them. And arrived back safely! Definitely recommend this company, guide and porter! S B2023-11-09 EBC trek I completed the EBC trek solo with my guide Hem and porter Ram. It was an amazing experience though the trip had a few challenges: our flights to Lukla were cancelled due to poor weather and I developed a chest infection part way up the ascent. What was impressive was how the team (largely Hem and Santa) managed to quickly problem solve and find alternatives (e.g., hired a jeep to drive us to an alternate route to the trail) and connected me with stellar medical care. Despite these setbacks, we still managed to reach base camp! The flexibility of this team is quite noteworthy and it was clear they are experienced in handling these kinds of issues.The tea houses I stayed in were great and they served delicious food. I was never cold at night due to the really warm sleeping bag they rented to me. I was always encouraged to hike at my own pace, and to make sure I was eating and drinking enough. Communication with the team was excellent throughout and I felt well supported. The team was very punctual, responsive, and reliable. Hem is a fun, upbeat, thoughtful and friendly guide who was so helpful on this trek. He added personal touches to the trip like booking my favourite tea house in Namche on our descent. He and Ram have incredible work ethics which should be highlighted. They were always available, and when I was sick, Hem (and later Santa) accompanied me to the doctor and sat with me, saying all the right things to make me feel better. Hem is a good photographer as well, and took some beautiful pictures of us along the way. Because of my illness, I ended up having to cancel my ABC trek which was supposed to happen afterward. Again, the team (Santa and Hem) were able to pivot quickly and developed a sightseeing tour of Pokhara that was really fun, and salvaged my vacation. Overall, this was a great experience and I’m already thinking of coming back for more!

The flight to Lukla is a thrilling experience owing to the dramatic location where this airport is located. During the flight, you will get some stunning views of mountains arranged like a row of thorns from the plane’s windows.
Once you reach the Lukla airport, you will step into the Khumbu region of Nepal, which treasures the world’s highest peak – Mt. Everest. Lukla is nothing but an airport and a few guesthouses around. From Lukla, your guide will lead you through a trail that takes you to Phakding. At first, we descend to Dudhkoshi River and then cross a suspension bridge. Then we continue through the well-paved path to Phakding. Phakding is a small village in the Khumbu region of Nepal and our stopping point for the day. Overnight stay at a guesthouse in Phakding
⛰ Max Height: 2650m || ⏲ Total Travel Distance: 3 Hours
Leaving Phakding, we follow the trail that undulates up and down through some villages and rhododendron forests to Namche. We enter Sagarmatha National Park and walk to a village named Jorsale from where we follow a river. We cross a suspension bridge over two rivers today and pass another village called Monjo. From Monjo, we walk uphill for around three hours to Namche.
Namche bazaar is a popular place in the Khumbu region. It used to be a trading capital for people residing there and Tibetan people in ancient area. Even now it is a happening place in Khumbu region with many shops stalled and nice hotels. If you want to buy anything, you can find it here. Namche bazaar is also the only way to Everest Base Camp therefore, it is also known as the Gateway to Everest. Today, we stay at a guesthouse in Namche for the night. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner included)

Moving ahead with our journey, we walk towards Tengboche. Tengboche is not just popular for the stunning views of mountains if offers but also for an artistic monastery built here. The trail today goes uphill and downhill therefore quite tiring but the majestic views of Mt. Everest and other peaks in Rolwaling range like Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Thamserku, Mt. Amadablam will keep you going.

On the way to Lobuche, we will find the cemetery of the climbers who lost their lives during their attempt to climb Mt. Everest. We can feel the air in the atmosphere getting thinner and thinner as we move by. We have to be careful not to over exhilarate ourselves at this critical point of our journey.
