Nepal Intrepid Treks will be your dedicated travel companion until you return to your home country. Once you arrive at Kathmandu airport, we will be there to pick you up and take you to your hotel. Accommodation for our valued customers includes room and breakfast in a three star hotel in Kathmandu.

Take in the impressions of Nepal as we drive you from the airport to your hotel. We will assist you with the check-in and provide you with further information regarding your trip. You may then have a rest or stroll through the bustling, colorful streets and alleys of Kathmandu.

Prepare for a day of immersion into the Nepalese culture, while visiting the most important landmarks of this fascinating city and its outskirts. Our experienced guide will take you to Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO heritage site which represents the political and historical values of Nepalese civilization.

We then proceed to Swayambhu Nath Temple, also known as ‘Monkey Temple’ thanks to its adorable colony of monkeys that run free. This temple is the symbol of harmony between Buddhists and Hindus.  At the top of the stupa you will have a splendid birds-eye view of Kathmandu Valley and its surroundings.

We continue to the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, a holy place for Hindu devotees. Especially interesting is the holy cremation area where preparations and daily cremation ceremonies take place. From here we return to the hotel.

Early in the morning, we dive along the scenic countryside landscape of Nepal along Trishuli river to Pokhara. On the way, we stop at Charaundi, the starting point of rafting in the Trishuli river. We experience the rapids of Trishuli river for around three hours and continue our journey to Pokhara. As we reach Pokhara, check in to the hotel and stroll around the lakeside in the evening for beautiful views of mountains, lakes and colorful boats. Spend your night at a hotel in Pokhara.

Get set for an exciting day ahead where we actually start our trekking journey. Around one and half hour drive from Pokhara, we reach Nayapul from where we leave our vehicle and start walking on our foot for our ultimate destination – Annapurna Base Camp. We walk through the foothills of Annapurna for around three hours today. We pass villages like Birenthanti and Ramghai to Tikedhunga. Today, we stop at Tikhedhunga for overnight. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner included).

Yesterday was an easy day walk. After yesterday’s warm up, you ought to be ready for a steep climb today. Leaving Tikhedhunga, we follow our trail and ascend up to Ghorepani. Up to Ulleri, our walk is quite tough as we have to walk along the stone paved staircase for around an hour. After moving a bit forward from Ulleri, enjoy your lunch and walk beyond Banthanti from where the lush and beautiful forests of rhododendron and oak opens up with a beautiful view of mountains on sight. As we reach Ghorepani, we stop at a guesthouse for the night. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner included).

Today is an exciting day of our journey! We wake up early in the morning and hike to Poon Hill for the mesmerising sunrise views from amongst the peaks in Annapurna range. As we reach Poon Hill, we will be rewarded with the outstanding views of mountains like Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Fishtail, and other peaks in Annapurna region. The golden sun rising above the white pinnacles of mountain is a pleasing experience to behold. After collecting enough memories from the vantage point, we descend down to Ghorepani and treat ourselves with a delicious breakfast. We further descend down to Tadapani which would be our stop for the night. Overnight at a guesthouse in Tadapani (Breakfast, lunch and dinner included).

We start descending down steep through the forest until we reach Gurjung. Gurjung is a village of Gurung people from where the trail runs easy to Chomorong. From Chomorong, our trail descends down gradually to Kimyo Khola. We cross the river and ascend up until we reach Ghandruk village. It is a charming village of Gurung people popular for the awesome views of lush landscape around. The warm hostility of the Gurung people here is also well known throughout. Overnight at a guesthouse in Ghandruk (Breakfast, lunch and dinner included).

Early in the morning, after our breakfast, we descend down to Syauli Bazar. After lunch, the same place where we had started our trekking journey some days back.  At Nayapul, we take a ride that will drive us to Pokhara, the beautiful lake side city. In the evening, we enjoy the street walk in Pokhara. Overnight stay at a hotel in Pokhara. (Breakfast and lunch included).

Leaving Pokhara, we head towards Chitwan National Park. After few hours’ drive in a vehicle, we reach Chitwan National Park. Upon arrival, we take a short briefing about the jungle tour. At around 4:00 p.m. we stroll around the ethnic Tharu villages nearby the area. We also visit the visitor’s centre at the national park. We walk up to the bank of the Rapti river for the mesmerizing sun set view. Spend your night at a hotel in the park.

Today is an exciting day where you will be close to the wildlife in its natural habitat. Your schedule for the day is as follows:

6:00 a.m. Wake up early in the morning and get ready for the safari today.

6:30 a.m. Breakfast time! Make yourself energetic with a delicious breakfast.

7:30 a.m. You can enjoy your time with a canoe ride along Rapti river. You can also walk around the jungle area enjoying the peacefulness of the dense forest. The birds chirping, leaves dancing and the wild sound in the quiet environment can be an amazing experience.

1:30 p.m. After exploring the jungle and enjoying canoe ride, enjoy your lunch and get ready for the jungle safari next.

15:00 p.m. After lunch and rest for a while, ride on an elephant’s back as it walks between the dense forests. Encounter wild animals like rhesus monkey, wild cats, boar, jackals, grey langur, mongoose, snakes, sloth, etc. Chitwan National Park is a delightful place to watch varieties of migrant birds. You can take good pictures and enjoy the ride as you immerse inside the deep jungle.

20:00 p.m. Enjoy your dinner.

Wake up and enjoy your breakfast. Visit the elephant breeding centre at the national park and get amused by the little ones of an elephant. After visiting the breeding centre, walk around the jungle and pack your bags for your journey back to Kathmandu.

After eleven wonderful days of trekking and adventure tour, it’s finally time to bid you a goodbye. You will be escorted to the airport for your journey ahead! But we hope to serve you and your friends once again. We look forward to your suggestions if any! (Breakfast included).
